About Us:

Linda Machalicek opened Dolce Organic Salon in September 2008 after a life-threatening battle with pancreatic cancer. She developed a genuine interest in new and ancient organic and holistic approaches to beauty during her illness.

“I wanted to open a salon that would offer others seeking a healthier more organic lifestyle a way to integrate that into their beauty regiment,” Linda explains. “The best thing about our hair color is what we leave out!” Now you no longer need to use hair color products that contain ammonia.

Oway color (short for Organic Way) is the world’s first professional hair color formulated with the highest concentration of organic, biodynamic, and fair trade ingredients. Ingredients include Perilla, cotton, dates, hibiscus, jojoba, and wheat, all of which are grown on family farms in Bologna, Italy. Clients with ultra sensitive skin love Oway, as it has no smell and does not cause tingling or itching. As artists, our stylists love that it comes in 95 different shades that they can mix and match to create a custom color for every client and their unique skin tone. Oway is the most luxurious color line out there.

The nail products we use are the first vegan family of DBP, formaldehyde and tuluene-free nail laquers. You will experience tranquility when you enter this beautiful, luxurious odor-free environment.
