At LifeWorks of Southwest General, we believe that everyone has the potential to live their best life. We strive to provide our members quality classes, exceptional fitness experts, state of the art equipment and deluxe amenities to help our members reach their goals.

Included with membership is: unlimited use of the facility, over 100 free weekly group exercise classes, complimentary fitness coaching for the duration of your membership, 2 pools (Lap pool and warm water therapy pool), 2 racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor track, and all of the locker room amenities that include towel service, steam room, sauna and whirlpool.

Monday-Friday, 5 a.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
