Banker Advisor, Alin Catrina
Alin Catrina has been in banking since 2005 when he graduated college from Cleveland State University. His entire banking career has been with Dollar Bank. Since 2009, he has worked at the Southland Branch in Middleburg Heights. Currently he is the Branch Officer at that location. Alin has been a Chamber Board member since 2014, and served as Vice President in 2017 and 2018. He also served as President in 2019 and 2020. Whether it’s questions about loans, deposits, credit, retirement, personal or business banking, Alin can provide straight forward answers. Ms. Claudia Motiu serves as the Director for the Employer Outreach in the Career Center at Cuyahoga Community College. She is a Board member for the Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce. In her roles, she
engages with employers to connect students with employers during career related events at Cuyahoga Community College. She also volunteers with the Middleburg Heights Food Pantry, enjoys the Metroparks, pets and travel.

Business Development, Kim Harris
Kim Harris is the Community Engagement Manager at Pathway Caring for Children. She handles public relations, fundraising and corporate donations in their Brook Park office. Prior to Pathway, she spent 16 years in corporate sales while also volunteering much of her time to Strongsville Football League. Today she is a True2U mentor for 8th grade students at Cleveland Public Schools and is also part of Strongsville Rotary. Kim has 30 years in direct outside sales with expertise in sales, sales management, analyzing sales data and building out sales training programs and compensation plans.

Shelley Chornak is the owner and President of Sage Partners. Sage Partners is an independent insurance broker representing all the carriers in our market.
Shelley and her team have assisted business owner clients with the design and implementation of employee benefit plans. We also help individual and families with their health insurance needs using on or off-exchange products. We work closely with seniors (age 65 and older) to help them select the best Senior product (Medicare Supplements, Advantage Plans and Prescription Drug Plans) for their needs.

Senior Advisor, Charles Bichara
Charles Bichara has over twenty years of experience in municipal government, and has been employed with the City of Middleburg Heights since the year 2000.
In 2006, Charles was appointed to be the first Director of Economic Development for the City of Middleburg Heights. His experience in the areas of economic and community development date back to 1992 when he helped establish the Enterprise Zone Program for the City of South Euclid, Ohio where he served as Enterprise Zone Manager and Community Development Coordinator from 1993 to 2003. In recent years, he has served as a consultant to several other Ohio communities by assisting in the administration of various Federal, State, and County community and economic development programs.
Charles has also served as a member of the Governor’s Economic Development Advisory Board, and is currently a member of the Berea City Schools Business Advisory Council, and the Ohio Economic Development Association. In addition, Charles serves on the Board of Directors for the Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce and is a founding member of the Middleburg Heights City Club.
Charles is also a State of Ohio certified Residential Building Inspector and maintains specialty inspector certifications in the area of concrete construction and property maintenance.
A native Clevelander, Charles received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and is proud to be a resident of the fine City of Middleburg Heights.
