Alin Catrina has been in banking since 2005 when he graduated college from Cleveland State University. His entire banking career has been with Dollar Bank. Since 2009, he has worked at the Southland Branch in Middleburg Heights. Currently he is the Branch Officer at that location. Alin has been a Chamber Board member since 2014, and served as Vice President in 2017 and 2018. He also served as President in 2019 and 2020. Ms. Claudia Motiu serves as the Director for the Employer Outreach in the Career Center at Cuyahoga Community College. She is a Board member for the Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce. In her roles, she engages with employers to connect students with employers during career related events at Cuyahoga Community College. She also volunteers with the Middleburg Heights Food Pantry, enjoys the Metroparks, pets and travel.

Today she is a True2U mentor for 8th grade students at Cleveland Public Schools and is also part of Strongsville Rotary. Kim has 30 years in direct outside sales with expertise in sales, sales management, analyzing sales data and building out sales training programs and compensation plans.
