A nomination may come from a civic organization, a company, a church, a non-profit, or any organization within the city. An Individual is awarded for exceeding expectations that represent the ideals of an organization.

Please note the following:

All nominations must be submitted by March 15th. Ticket payments must be received by April 25th.
