Integrity Home Care is a locally owned and operated home health agency servicing the skilled care needs of seniors in Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina counties. Because of our long history and roots in Northeast Ohio, we take caring in our hometown personally – it’s where we live and work.

Our dedicated team of nurses, therapists, home health aides, medical social workers and other healthcare professionals continues to be nationally recognized for its patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

We offer a full range of clinical home health services that focus on providing an individualized plan of care, working with your family, caregivers and physician and providing holistic, evidence-based practices. Our services include skilled nursing, physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies, medical social services and home health aide assistance. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified, and care for our patients at home, assisted living or retirement community with no out of pocket costs under the Medicare benefit for home care.

Our admissions department offers live support by a team of patient care coordinators, making Integrity Home Care an easily accessible resource for answering your questions and getting your care started. Patients can request Integrity Home Care or be referred to us by their physicians, case managers, social workers, hospital discharge planners, nurses, families, caregivers or friends.
