Polaris Chef Training Instructor, Chris Olszewski, was recently honored with his ninth straight Ohio ProStart Teacher of Distinction award. This designation pays tribute to engaged culinary educators who are dedicated to their students and committed to enhancing the image of the culinary profession. In addition, the Polaris Chef Training program was honored with its fifth Ohio ProStart School of Distinction award. This recognition is bestowed upon schools that meet ProStart’s benchmarks including industry
certification passage rates and ProStart exam success rates.
